Do you think that the end of the world will revolve around a holy war between Judeo Christianity and Islam? Certainly we are already involved in a religious conflict--a kind of cold war. It hasn't turned really hot yet (9/11 notwithstanding) only because the Western nations are so much more powerful militarily and economically than the predominantly Muslim lands. But an objective look at geopolitical trajectories seem to indicate that the U.S. is in decline as the middle eastern countries like Saudi Arabia and Iran gain power thanks to that essence of economic life--oil.
What will happen when vast amounts of wealth have been redistributed from western countries to middle eastern countries and Iran joins Pakistan in the nuclear weapons club?
